Processed Cheese Rolled Salad Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
* * * * * FOR ROLL CRUST:
2 eggs
100 g (½ cup) processed cheese
1 tablespoon sour cream
Chopped greens
* * * * * FOR FILLING:
1 cup spicy pickled carrots, grated
200 g (1 cup) smoked ham, diced
1 tomato, diced

Preparation:

1. Prepare the roll crust.

Mix the cheese, sour cream, eggs, and greens in blender.

Line baking tray with baking paper and pour the cheese batter onto the paper.

Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C (350°F)


2. Mix the filling in a separate bowl.

3. Take the cheese crust out of the oven and put the filling onto the crust.

4. Make a tight roll and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

4. Cut the roll when it is cold.
