Winter Caprese salad with pesto

For this recipe you will need:
*** for 4 servings:
4 medium tomatoes
300 g mozzarella
small bunch of basil
3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
salt to taste
handful of canned pitted green olives
8 tbsp basil pesto sauce

Preparation:


1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Arrange the slices on a plate, alternating in one line. Spread each serving with two tablespoons of basil pesto sauce and heat in microwave for 5 minutes.


2. Remove portion plate from microwave and decorate Winter Caprese Salad with canned olives and basil leaves.

Let it cool, and then serve.
