Biscuit Sticks Curd Dessert

For this recipe you will need:
360 g curd
|
180 g butter
|
½ cup sugar
|
18 biscuit sticks
|
½ cup milk
|
Multi-colored sprinkles
|
Preparation:

1. Whip the butter with sugar.
2. Add the curd; whip until smooth.

3. Pour the milk into a wide dish.
One by one, dip 6 biscuit sticks into the milk, then place onto a dish.

4. Spoon whipped cream over the sticks.

5. Lay a second layer of biscuit sticks dipped in milk atop the cream.
6. Cover the second layer of biscuit sticks with whipped cream.
7. Lay a third layer of the biscuit sticks dipped in milk atop the cream.
8. Cover the third layer of biscuit sticks with whipped cream using a pastry bag or syringe.
9. Decorate with colored sprinkles.
