Chocolate Baskets Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
120 g dark chocolate
2/3 cup cream
¼ cup of vanilla sugar
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
fruit syrup
sweet caramel sprinkles


1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a double boiler or microwave.

2. Spread the chocolate over the walls and bottom of paper or silicone moulds using a teaspoon or brush.

3. Refrigerate the moulds until the chocolate is fully hardened (about 30 minutes).

4. Carefully remove the chocolate baskets from the moulds.

5. Add vanilla sugar to the cream, and whip until thick.

6. Fill the chocolate baskets with the whipped cream with a syringe.

7. Decorate the cream with kiwi slices, fruit syrup, and sprinkles.

8. Refrigerate before serving.
