Curd Jelly Dessert

For this recipe you will need:
FOR 5 SERVINGS:

1 tsp. gelatin
|
1 cup water or milk
|
250 g curd
|
250 g sour cream
|
3/4 cup sugar
|
2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
|
5 teaspoons grated chocolate
|
1 banana, peeled and sliced
|
Preparation
1. Soak the gelatin in cold water or milk; leave for 1 - 2 hours (until swelled).
Warm the swelled gelatin until fully dissolved, but do NOT bring to a boil.
Add the sugar and vanilla sugar to the hot gelatin solution and stir until the sugar is fully melted.
2. Rub the curd through a colander, or pass it through a meat grinder.
3. Mix the sour cream with the gelatin solution.
4. Mix the curd with the sour cream and gelatin mixture; stir well until homogeneous.
5. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate until thickened.
6. Before serving, garnish with grated chocolate and banana slices.
