Baked Pork Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
1 kg of pork (leg boneless)
2 tbsp dry meat seasonings (basil, coriander seed, fennel seed, marjoram, paprika, rosemary, sage, tarragon, thyme)
10 allspice berries
4 bay leaves, torn
1 bulb garlic, peeled and finely sliced
ground black pepper
1½ tsp salt

Preparation:

1. Poke the meat with a knife repeatedly. Stuff with garlic, bay leaves and allspice berries and then rub with seasonings and salt.

2. Wrap the meat in foil, put in a pan and refrigerate for 1 hour.

3. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (360 °F) and bake the meat for 2 hours; then cool without removing the foil.

4. Drain the meat juices, unfold the foil.

5. Serve baked pork, cut into thin slices.
