1. Cut the pork fillet into 2 - 3 cm cubes.
2. Mix the meat with tomatoes and onion, add salt and pepper.
Place in the refrigerator for 4 - 8 hours.
3. Put the meat on wooden skewers, alternating with slices of tomato and onion
4. Put the skewers on a baking tray and put the tray into a preheated oven.
5. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 180 °C.(375°F)

1. Make forcemeat balls; put small piece of cheese or butter inside of each ball.
2. Cut puff pastry sheet into strips.
3. Wind pastry strips round the meatballs.
Brush pastry strips with egg yolk.
4. Bake the meatballs in preheated oven at 200 °C (400°F) for 25 - 30 minutes.

Prepare the vegetables in advance:
Pare and cut the carrot into strips
Pare and cut the eggplants into strips, salt 10 minutes and set aside to remove bitterness.
Finely dice the meat and stew it in a frying pan for 15 minutes.
After the liquid has evaporated, lightly fry the meat in vegetable oil.    
Add the carrot to the fried meat and fry until the carrot is cooked.
Add the eggplant to the ragout and fry covered over a low flame for 10 - 15 minutes.
Remove the lid and continue frying the ragout over a low flame until the eggplant is cooked.
Decorate the cooked ragout with greens.

Take pork loin cutlets no thicker than ½ cm.
Pound each piece well with a meat tenderizer and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Prepare the batter by whipping the eggs lightly with a whisk, while gradually adding flour until it reaches a thick sour cream consistency.
Dip each chop into the batter and fry covered in a pan over a moderate flame on a frying pan. The meat will cook very quickly and be juicy.

1.    Dice chicken ham, slice olives nicely and coarsely grate the cheese and mix them.
2.    Put some mixture of the cheese, olives and chicken ham on a layer of smoked ham, add 2 pieces of tomatoes, roll and fix it with toothpicks.
3.    Arrange the rolls on a baking dish.
4.    Cook the flour over medium heat in a saucepan with melted butter for one minute, constantly stirring it; remove the saucepan from heat.
5.    Gradually pour milk into flour and butter mixture stirring it constantly; cook it over medium heat (about 8-10 minutes) until sauce starts boiling or thickens.
6.    Pour the milk sauce over the rolls in the baking dish.
7.    Cook the rolls for 20 min. in an oven preheated at 180°C (355°F); when the rolls are ready, remove the toothpicks and serve hot.
