Baked Pork Skewers Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
800 g (1 ¾ lb) fatty pork loin
2 onions, sliced
3 medium tomatoes, sliced
½ tsp ground black pepper
Salt to taste

Preparation

1. Cut the pork fillet into 2 - 3 cm cubes.


2. Mix the meat with tomatoes and onion, add salt and pepper.

Place in the refrigerator for 4 - 8 hours.

3. Put the meat on wooden skewers, alternating with slices of tomato and onion

4. Put the skewers on a baking tray and put the tray into a preheated oven.

5. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 180 °C (375°F)
