Pig Liver Fried with Champignons

For this recipe you will need:
500 g pig liver
|
1-2 onions
|
500 g champignons
|
ground black pepper and salt to taste
|

Preparation:
1. Wash the pig liver. Cut into strips.
2. Fry the liver in vegetable oil until cooked.
3. When nearly cooked, salt and pepper the liver.
4. Separately fry the mushrooms and onion (cut into half rings).
5. Add the mushrooms and onion to the fried liver.
6. Fry all ingredients together for 5 - 7 minutes.
7. Serve with a garnish of boiled potato and dill.
