Pork Chops in Batter Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
1 lb (500 g) pork loin cutlets
Ground black pepper
3 eggs

Take pork loin cutlets no thicker than ½ cm.

Pound each piece well with a meat tenderizer and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Prepare the batter by whipping the eggs lightly with a whisk, while gradually adding flour until it reaches a thick sour cream consistency.

Dip each chop into the batter and fry covered in a pan over a moderate flame on a frying pan.
The meat will cook very quickly and be juicy.
