For this recipe you will need:
pork loin cutlets
garlic, sliced
salt
ground black pepper
dry meat seasoning
vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:

1. Lard pork loin cutlets with garlic slices, sprinkle with salt, pepper and dry seasoning.

2. Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until golden crust forms.
