Pork rolls with mushrooms

For this recipe you will need:
600 g pork loin cutlets
|
200 g button mushrooms
|
1 onion
|
vegetable oil
|
salt
|
ground black pepper
|
dry meat seasoning
|
vegetable oil for frying
|
1 cup meat broth
|
greens for serving
|

Preparation:
1. Pound the pork cutlets on both sides; then sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and dry meat seasoning.
2. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms, mix and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

3. Place 1-2 tbsp of filling on each pork chop.
4. Make the pork rolls and fix them with toothpicks.

5. Put stuffed pork rolls in a pan with hot oil and fry on each side until golden brown.
6. Put fried pork rolls in a baking tray, pour one cup of meat broth and cook in the oven for about 30-40 minutes at 200 °C (390 °F) until the liquid is evaporated.
7. Remove toothpicks, decorate with greens and serve.
