Shredded Pork Patties Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
0.5 kg lean pork
|
2 tbsp. starch
|
1 tbsp. flour
|
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
|
3 eggs
|
2 onions, chopped
|
2 cloves garlic, crushed
|
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
|
Vegetable oil for frying
|
Preparation:
1. Shred the meat, place in a bowl and add all ingredients.
2. Mix and store in a cold place for 24 hours.
3. Preheat a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and spoon the meat portions into the pan.
4. Fry on both sides over low heat until cooked.
