Spaghetti Meat Roll Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
500 g minced meat
100 g white bread without crust, dipped in water and squeezed
150 g hollow spaghetti
1 egg
1 onion, minced
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
100 g string beans, boiled in salted water until cooked
100 g grated hard cheese
Vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:

1. Cook the hollow spaghetti in salted water. Strain.

Add the melted butter and mix carefully; then let cool.


2. Mix the minced meat, bread, egg, onion, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the mixture on wet clear wrap, creating a layer 1 cm thick.

4. Place the cooked hollow spaghetti atop the layer of minced meat, and add the string beans.

5. Make a roll using the clear wrap, connecting the roll's edges.

6. Transfer the roll onto a greased baking tray seam down; remove the clear wrap.

7. Sprinkle the roll with grated cheese.

8. Bake in an oven at 180 0C   (360 0F)  for 40 minutes.
