Vegetable & Meat Casserole Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
Cabbage
Carrots
Potatoes
Potatoes
Potatoes
Ground black pepper
Vegetable oil
Boiled rice
Greens
Boiled meat, chopped
Tomatoes
Eggs
Hard cheese, grated

Preparation:

Take vegetables in equal proportion, and rice and meat to fill up to half the volume of the vegetables


1. Shred vegetables, add ground pepper and vegetable oil, mix in a pan and place in oven for 20 minutes at 200 - 220°C (approximately 450 °F).


2. Add the boiled rice, chopped greens, and meat to the pan.

Stir the mixture and spread it out in a baking pan.


3. Put tomato slices on top.

Pour in whipped eggs.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.


4. Place the baking pan in the oven and bake at 200 °C (approximately 400 °F) until cheese is lightly brown on top.
