Ham and Daikon Salad Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
300 g ham or boiled tongue
1 medium sized daikon
1 onion
2 tablespoons ketchup
Mayonnaise
Flour
Salt
Vegetable oil
Dill

Preparation:

Cut the ham (or tongue) into strips and mix with ketchup and mayonnaise.


Cut the daikon into strips and mix with mayonnaise; salt lightly.


Peel onion and slice into thin rings;
roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil until lightly brown.
Set aside to cool.


Layer salad as a mound in the following order:

ham;
daikon;
fried onion.


Garnish with dill sprig.
