Rainbow Salad Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
100 g (½ cup) sweet canned corn
1 small beetroot, boiled, cleaned, diced
100 g (½ cup) ham, diced
4 sprigs of green onions, chopped
1 medium size carrot, grated
¼ small head of cabbage, shredded
½ cup sour cream

Preparation


Put the salad components, without mixing them, along the perimeter of a plate.


Put some sour cream in the center of the plate as shown on the author's picture.
