Shrimp & Bacon Noodle

200 g noodle

2 L water

200 g bacon strips
|
200 g frozen shrimps
|
3 cloves garlic, chopped
|
1 egg yolk
|
1 cup cream
|
100 g hard cheese, finely grated
|
1 tsp salt
|
ground black pepper to taste
|
vegetable oil for frying
|
1 tbsp butter
|

Preparation:
1. Thaw and shell the shrimps.

2. Mix grated cheese with cream and egg yolk in a bowl.

3. Cut bacon strips crosswise into short slices and fry in vegetable oil until fat is melted; then remove from the frying pan and leave aside.

4. Add butter, shrimps, garlic and pepper in the frying pan; stir and fry for 5 minutes.

5. Pour the noodles in salted boiling water and cook until tender, then drain and add to the shrimps in frying pan. Fry for 2 minutes.
6. Add fried bacon and pour the cheese mixture to the shrimps in the frying pan. Stew for 5 minutes over a slow heat until cheese is melted.
