Cheese & Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Breasts Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
2 boneless chicken breasts
50 g hard cheese, coarsely grated
150 grams button mushrooms
1 onion
salt and ground black pepper to taste
dill, chopped
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. ketchup
vegetable oil for frying

1. Cut chicken fillets into portions.

2. Cut a pocket lengthwise in each chicken fillet.

3. Prepare the filling:

Dice mushrooms and onions and fry them in butter.

Blend fried mixture until properly shredded.

Add grated cheese, salt, pepper, and dill.

4. Stir the forcemeat and stuff into the fillet pockets.

5. Spread fillets with a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise.

6. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 200 0C (400 0F).
