Cheese Stuffed Chicken Rolls Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
500 grams of chicken breast
100 grams of cream cheese
1cup cream
1 clove of garlic
1 carrot
1 onion
1 bell pepper
Ground black pepper
Vegetable oil for frying

1. Cut a chicken breast into pieces and pound the meat, pepper and salt to taste.

2. Grate cheese with a fine grater in a separate bowl; add chopped greens and crushed garlic. Mix everything together and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.

3. Spread the stuffing onto the pounded pieces of chicken breast and fold the meat into rolls.

4. Fry rolls briefly in vegetable oil.

5. Place rolls on a baking sheet, sprinkle with chopped onion, pepper, and grated carrots, pour the cream over everything and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 0C.

6. Serve hot chicken rolls with mashed potatoes.
