Chicken baked with honey sauce

For this recipe you will need:
1 chicken
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp mustard
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
6 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
small bunch greens, chopped

1. Gut and wash the chicken.

2. Slit the chicken breastbone with kitchen shears, and then flatten the chicken.

3. Poke the chicken meat inside with a knife repeatedly, and stuff incisions with garlic slices.

4. Salt and pepper the chicken inside.

5. Prepare the sauce by mixing honey and mustard.

6. Coat the chicken outside with sauce and leave for half an hour, basting occasionally with the flowing sauce.

7. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (390 °F) and bake the chicken in the baking pan for about an hour.

8. If a ruddy crust has formed, but the chicken is not yet cooked, then cover the chicken with a sheet of foil to prevent burning.

9. Sprinkle the baked chicken with chopped greens.
