Chicken baked with vegetables

For this recipe you will need:
1 whole chicken
2 carrots
4 potatoes
2 onions
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
100 g hard cheese, grated

Preparation:

1. Cut the chicken into large pieces.

2. Peel the vegetables and cut into large chunks.

3. Put the chicken and vegetables in a baking pan; add the mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly.

4. Preheat oven to 200 °C (390 °F), put in the pan, and bake for 40 minutes.

5. Get the pan out of the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and continue to bake for 3-4 minutes.
