Chicken Liver Ragout

For this recipe you will need:
700 g chicken livers
|
2 sweet peppers
|
1 apple
|
1 onion
|
small bunch green onions
|
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
|
vegetable oil for frying
|

Preparation:
1. Wash the vegetables.
2. Cut the sweet peppers into short strips.
3. Core and cut apples into small pieces.
4. Cut the onion into half rings.
5. Chop the green onions.

6. Rinse the chicken livers, cut and fry in vegetable oil for 4-6 minutes, then put in the separate pan.

7. Sauté the onion, sweet peppers and apple in a frying pan, where the livers were fried; then put in a pan, add the green onions, salt and pepper.

8. Cover the pan and stew over low heat for 15 minutes. Chicken Liver Ragout is ready!
