Chicken meatballs in tomato sauce

For this recipe you will need:
*** MEATBALLS:
3 chicken legs
3 carrots, grated
2 onions, finely chopped
1 egg
10 tbsp rice
1 tbsp starch
salt and ground black pepper to taste
MAGGI Meat Mix
*** SAUCE:
4 tbsp sour cream
200 g canned tomatoes
300 g water

Preparation:

1. Cut the meat from the chicken legs, grind with a meat grinder.

2. Pour boiling water over rice, and leave for 20 minutes.

3. Add minced chicken, onions, carrots, MAGGI seasoning, salt, pepper, starch and egg to the rice. Mix thoroughly.

4. Form meatballs, put in a pan and bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes at 300 0C (570 0F).

5. Prepare the sauce. Mash the tomatoes; mix with sour cream, MAGGI seasoning, water.

6. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 °C (360 °F). Meatballs are ready!
