Chicken thighs baked with potatoes, prunes, and dried apricots

For this recipe you will need:
10 chicken thighs
7 potatoes, peeled and cut into thick slices
handful of dried apricots
handful of prunes
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. ketchup
* * * * * FOR MARINADE:
1 onion, sliced
5 tbsp. white wine
Herbs De Provence seasoning
Salt and ground black pepper

Preparation:

1. Wash chicken thighs.

Add salt, pepper, Herbs De Provence seasoning, and onion rings.

Add wine by pouring over all ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour.


2. Pour a little water into a clean pan.

Place the potato slices along the bottom, add salt.

Add the thighs, then the marinade.

Add the mayonnaise and ketchup.

Lay washed dried fruit on top.


3. Place the pan in the oven and bake 40 minutes at 230 0C (450 0F).
