Roasted Chicken Chops Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
800 g boneless chicken breast
2 tsp. mayonnaise
3 tsp. mustard
salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 eggs
breadcrumbs
vegetable oil for frying
* * * * * FOR GARNISH:
fried potatoes
canned beans
canned pickled peppers
greens

Preparation:

1. Portion the chicken fillet and beat with a meat tenderizer.

2. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and ground pepper; mix and leave for 30 minutes.

3. Whip 2 eggs with a pinch of salt; add the eggs to the chicken fillet mix.

4. Roll the chicken fillet pieces in breadcrumbs.

5. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the fillet on both sides over high heat until a brown crust forms.

6. Reduce the heat to low and continue frying covered for 5 minutes on each side.

7. Serve hot garnished with fried potatoes, canned vegetables, and greens.
