Skewered Chicken Fillet Cooked Over Coals

For this recipe you will need:
1 kg chicken fillet
2 onions
3 cloves garlic, crushed
ground black pepper
1 lemon
4 tomatoes
4 cucumbers
green onions
paper-thin pita bread


1. Cut the chicken fillet into large cubes and place in a pan.

2. Cut 1 bulb onion into rings; add to the pan with salt.

3. Add the garlic, a little chopped parsley, ground black pepper, and juice from half a lemon.

4. Mix and leave in a cool place to marinate for 2 hours.

5. Skewer the fillet pieces and cook over coals on all sides until cooked.

6. Serve with paper-thin pita bread, greens, and vegetables.
