Vegetable Stuffed Chicken Rolls Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
Chicken fillets

Green beans
|
Carrots, grated on a coarse grater
|
Tomatoes, sliced
|
Salt
|
Ground black pepper
|
Vegetable oil for frying
|

Preparation:
1. Pound the chicken fillets with a tenderizing mallet.
Dress with salt and pepper.
2. Put green beans, carrot, and tomato onto the fillet.
3. Roll the fillet and put into frying pan.
Fry briefly in oil, cooking the rolls on all sides.
4. Put the fried rolls on baking tray and bake at 200 °C (400°F) until completely cooked (about 40 minutes).
