Potato Fritters Recipe

1.    Add egg, dill, garlic, flour, salt, and freshly ground pepper to the grated potato.  
2.    Stir until smooth.
3.    Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan.
4.    Put two tablespoons of the dough into the frying pan for one fritter.
5.    Fry over medium heat, turning until golden brown on both sides.

1. Prepare the dough
2. Make a ball of the dough, cover with a towel, and place to a warm place for 1 hour.
3. Divide the dough into small pieces, form the buns, and put them onto baking tray lined with baking paper, or greased with butter.
4. Bake the buns in preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes at 200 °C.(400°F)
5. Prepare the sauce by mixing all components.
6. Spread the sauce over the hot buns.

1. Knead the dough.
2. Mix together the forcemeat, onion, kefir, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour a thick layer of flour on the table.
4. Cut the dough into portions.
Put the portions in the flour and roll them out into flat cakes.
5. Put some forcemeat in each flat cake's center and tuck the edges so that its center is left opened, as shown on the picture below.
6. Pour vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, heat it, and put the cakes in the hot oil.
7. Fry over medium heat for 15 minutes.

1. Roll out the dough and cut into strips 4 - 5 cm width.
2. Slice the sausage and cut slices into halves.
3. Place halves of sausage slices onto strips of dough, sprinkle with cheese, and twist the dough into rolls.
4. Place the rolls in the preheated oven and bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 200 0C (390 0F)

1. Cut the sheets of puff pastry into strips approximately 15 - 20 cm in length.
Pastry strips should be slightly longer and wider than the bacon strips.
2. Lay the bacon strips above the pastry strips.
3. Twist the pastry and bacon strips together.
Place the twists on a baking sheet in preheated oven.
4. Bake twists at 190 - 200 0C (375 - 390 0F) until pastry is ready.

Remove top crust of flatbread and a small layer of inner crumb, leaving only the edge crust.
Spread ketchup over the center of the flatbread.
Slice the sausage, ham and tomato.
Arrange the sliced ingredients over the ketchup.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle over other ingredients.
Cook the flatbread in a microwave or an oven until cheese is melted.
