Bean & Meat Savory Cake Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
300 - 350 g (approximately 1 ½ cups) cooked meat or sausage, diced
100 - 150 g (approximately ½ cup) hard cheese, grated
400 g (approximately 1 ¾ cups) canned red beans, drained
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
3 eggs
200 g (approximately ¾ cup) flour
Greens, finely chopped
½ teaspoon of baking soda, soaked in vinegar
Butter for greasing pan

Preparation:

1. Mix the meat, cheese, beans. and greens.


2. Whip eggs in a separate bowl.

While whipping, add sour cream, mayonnaise, soaked soda, and flour.


3. Combine the batter with the stuffing and mix.


4. Grease the pie pan with butter, pour in the mixture, and place to oven at 200 °C (400°F) for 30 - 40 minutes.
