Fish & Cabbage Pie Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
600 g yeast dough
500 g fish fillet
500 g white cabbage
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 raw egg
2 tbsp. spoons chopped dill
100 g butter
Black pepper
Black pepper

1. Shred the cabbage. Salt and press it by hand, then leave until juice appears; Squeeze the juice out.

2. Cut the fish fillet in pieces. Salt, pepper, and fry in oil until a lightly brown crust forms.

3. Fry the prepared cabbage in oil; Leave to cool.

4. Chop the boiled eggs. Mix the cabbage with the chopped eggs and greens. Add salt and pepper.

5. Roll out the dough, and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Atop the dough sheet, layer half of the cabbage stuffing, then the fried fish, then the rest of the cabbage stuffing.

6. Wrap the dough edges over the stuffing, and pinch them. Make the pie round. Cut some forms of the remaining dough to decorate the pie. Place the pie in a warm place for 20 minutes.

7. Spread a raw egg over the pie. Poke several holes in the top and bake at 220 oC (430 oF)  for 25 - 30 minutes.
