Pork Liver Cake

For this recipe you will need:
2 C + 3 heaping tablespoons pork liver
4 C milk
2 eggs
1tbsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
3 medium carrots
2 onions
3 cloves garlic
1 bell pepper
1 tomato
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch of dill
1 bunch of parsley
1 C mayonnaise
½ C hard cheese grated
vegetable oil for greasing

1. Pour milk into a bowl, add pork liver and soak for 2 hours.

2. Grind pork liver with a meat grinder; add milk, eggs, salt and pepper.

3. Gradually add flour until the batter consistency is that of thick sour cream.

4. Heat frying pan, add oil. Pour batter into the frying pan to cover the bottom.

5. Fry liver pancakes on both sides until cooked; set aside.

6. Peel, chop and mix onions, 2 carrots and garlic; then fry mix in vegetable oil.

7. Cut the bell pepper into rings.

8. Assemble cake by laying out the pancakes.
Cover each pancake with a layer of mayonnaise, a layer of fried vegetables, fried greens and bell pepper rings.

9. Top layer spread with mayonnaise.

10. Cook one carrot, peel and cut into flat pieces for decoration.

11. Slice tomato.

12. Decorate the cake with cooked carrot, sliced tomato, chopped greens and grated cheese.
