Savory Marrow Squash Fritters Cake Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
2 medium sized marrow squash
1 carrot
1 clove of garlic
1 onion
2 tomatoes, sliced
greens
2 eggs
Salt
Ground black pepper
2 cups flour
Mayonnaise
Vegetable oil for frying

3 tomatoes
1 cucumber

Preparation:

1. Prepare the dough for fritters.

Peel the marrow squashes and carrots and grate them on a fine grater.

Add greens, finely cut onion, raw eggs, and half the crushed garlic.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the ingredients and add some flour so that the dough is as thick as sour cream.


2. Fry fritters of the marrow squash dough.

Heat the frying pan with vegetable oil and add the dough (1 tablespoon of dough per fritter).

Fry on both sides over medium heat until cooked.


3. Mix the mayonnaise with the rest of the garlic and cover the cooked fritters with this mixture.

4. Pile the fritters on a plate, covering each fritter layer with tomato slices.

5. Decorate the ready cake with cucumber slices, tomato peel roses, and greens sprigs.
