Savory Marrow Squash Slices Cake Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
1 medium-size marrow squash
Vegetable oil for frying
4 medium carrots
2 onions
1 bell pepper
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
4 cloves garlic

1. Cut marrow squashes into thin slices lengthwise.

2. Fry the marrow squashes in oil and cool.

3. Prepare the stuffing:

Chop the carrot, onion, sweet pepper, tomato, and greens, and mix them together.

Fry the mixture in oil. Cool and drain it to remove excess oil.

4. Take a high sided pie pan and line it with food wrap.

Lay the marrow squash slices on the pan's bottom and walls with an overlap from outer edge in.

5. Prepare the sauce of mayonnaise and crushed garlic.

Spread the sauce over marrow squash slices.

6. Put the stuffing on the vegetable marrow slices. Spread the sauce over the stuffing.

7. Wrap the vegetable marrow slices over the stuffing, cover the pie with food wrap, and place in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours.

8. Before serving, decorate the pie with greens and cucumber and tomato slices.
