For this recipe you will need:
POTATO PANCAKES:
12 potatoes peeled and finely grated
3 eggs
3 tbsp flour
FILLING #1:
3 C + 3 heaping tbsp button mushrooms
1 onion
FILLING #2:
3 hard boiled eggs
1 chopped pickle
FILLING # 3
1 C grated hard cheese
3 garlic cloves
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
1 C sour cream
2 pickles for topping

Preparation:


1. Mix grated potato with eggs and flour.

2. Form into pancakes that fit the size of the bottom of the pan.

3. Shallow fry 3 potato pancakes.

4. Prepare the three fillings.

    Filling #1: Clean mushrooms, cut into slices and fry in vegetable oil with chopped onion.

    Filling #2: Grate eggs and mix in chopped pickles.

    Filling # 3: Mix grated cheese with crushed garlic.


5. Mix each of the fillings with sour cream.

6. Lay half the mushroom filling on first pancake.

7. Place next pancake on top of the other; cover with egg filling.

8. Lay the next layer on top of it; cover with cheese and add the rest of the mushrooms.

9. Decorate with pickle slices.
