Stuffed Pancakes Pie Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
300 g forcemeat
200 g cheese
4 hard-boiled eggs
2 cloves garlic
1 boiled carrot, diced
dill and parsley
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon gelatin
salt
vegetable oil
FOR PANCAKES:
1.5 cups milk
1 cup water
1.5 cups flour
3 eggs
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation:

1. Pancakes preparation

Separate the eggs.

Stir the yolks carefully with salt and sugar.

Pour the milk and water into the yolks, stirring slowly with a whisk.

Add the flour through a sieve, stirring constantly with a whisk so that there are no lumps.

Add vegetable oil, stir, and leave for 40 minutes.

Before frying, add whipped egg whites to the batter.

Spread vegetable oil over the heated frying pan using half of a potato, as shown in the pictures below.

Pour the batter into the frying pan, creating a thin layer

Fry the pancake over medium heat on both sides.


2. Salt the forcemeat and fry it in vegetable oil for 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.


3. Use pancakes to wrap the meat stuffing.


4. Prepare the cheese stuffing.

Grate the cheese and hard boiled eggs with a fine grater.

Add crushed garlic, chopped greens, carrots, and mix with mayonnaise.


5. Wrap the cheese stuffing with pancakes.


6. Cover the gelatin with 1/2 cups of cold boiled water.

When the gelatin is swelled, dissolve it, stirring constantly, in hot, but not boiling, water. Mix the warm gelatin with three tablespoons mayonnaise, and then with the rest of the mayonnaise.


7. Line a high-sided pie pan with a food wrap.

Put unfilled pancake into the pan.

Put the stuffed pancakes into the pan in three layers, staggering the meat stuffing with the cheese stuffing.

Cover each pancake layer with the mixture of gelatin and mayonnaise.

Put an unfilled pancake on top.


8. Cover the pancake heap with a food wrap, place a small press on top, and leave for 4 hours to compress it into pie form.
