Fillet the fresh fish, leaving the skin.
Cut the filet into medium-sized pieces.
Liberally coat each piece with coarse salt.
Put the fish in a pan and refrigerate for 12 hours.
Wash all the salt off the fish and cover it with a 1:1 mix of vinegar and water.
Refrigerate the fish in the marinade for 12 hours, then remove the liquid.
Sprinkle the fish with onion rings, and add some black peppercorns.
Add vegetable oil, and the fish is ready for serving!
The fish can be stored in a covered pan in the refrigerator for no longer than a day.

Defrost the shrimp.
Crush the garlic in a separate bowl using a garlic press.
Add finely chopped parsley and dill, salt, lemon juice and olive oil to the garlic.
Mix carefully; add the shrimp and set aside for 30 minutes.
Pour into heated frying pan and fry over a high flame for 5 - 7 minutes.

1.    Cut the salmon into medium sized cubes, arrange the cubes on the skewers and leave them on a shallow dish.
2.    Mince the garlic and mix it with honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, pepper and ginger to make the marinade.
3.    Pour the marinade over the skewers to cover all the surface of the salmon; leave the skewers to marinate for half an hour at room temperature.
4.    When the skewers are marinated, put the remaining part of the liquid into a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
5.    Preheat the grill to medium temperature; oil the grill grate a bit.
6.    Arrange the skewers on the grill grate , grilling each side for several minutes and frequently brushing them over with the marinade.
7.    Tear the salad leaves, slice onion, cut cherry tomatoes into quarters and mix them with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper and salt to make a salad.
8.    Serve grilled salmon with salad.

1.    Cut off the tops of tomatoes, remove the pulp with seeds and leave them upside down on a paper towel to absorb extra juice.
2.    Crush the garlic and blend it with mayonnaise, pepper and salt.
3.    Dice the onion, eggs, bell pepper and celery.
4.    Drain the sweet corn.
5.    Mash the tuna with some of its oil, combine it with all vegetables, eggs and mayonnaise dressing; stir the salad.
6.    Cut the salmon into strips.
7.    Stuff the tomatoes with the salad, drizzle with olive oil and garnish with strips of salmon and sprays of dill.
