Canned saury soup with processed cheese recipe

For this recipe you will need:
250 g canned saury
|
1 onion, peeled, chopped
|
3 potatoes, peeled and diced
|
1 carrot, peeled, coarsely grated
|
150 g processed cheese, cut into cubes
|
1.2 L water
|
vegetable oil for frying
|
dill and parsley, chopped
|
salt and ground black pepper to taste
|

Preparation:
1. Put the potatoes in boiling water.
2. Fry chopped onion and grated carrot in vegetable oil.
3. Add to the pan the processed cheese cubes and then the fried vegetables.
4. When the vegetables are cooked, add canned saury to the pan.
5. Cook for 5 minutes, and then add salt, pepper and greens. The soup is ready!
6. Serve with sour cream and toasts, rubbed with garlic.
Add a little millet to the soup and replace saury with mackerel as desired.
