Cheese Baked Cod Fillet

For this recipe you will need:
1 cod
hard cheese
potatoes, peeled and cut into thin slices
oil for greasing
tomatoes, sliced
salt
lemon
parsley

Preparation:

1. Place the potato slices in a frying pan with oil; season with salt.

2. Fillet the cod; cut the fillet into large pieces and lay atop the potato.

3. Lay the tomato slices on the cod; season with salt.

4. Add ½ cup of water to the frying pan, cover, and bake in a 180 0C (360 0F) preheated oven for 30 minutes.

5. Sprinkle the tomatoes with grated cheese and add the lemon slices; continue baking uncovered for 10 minutes.

6. Serve hot, with greens.
