Fish & Vegetable Casserole Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
400 g fillet of common sole, cut into bite–sized pieces
2 onions, chopped
3 tomatoes, cut into slices
4 potatoes, cut into thin slices
200 g of hard cheese, grated
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Vegetable oil for greasing

Preparation:

1. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil.

2. Layer potatoes at the bottom.

3. Mix the fish with salt and pepper.

4. Put the fish atop the potato.

5. Layer onion atop the fish.

6. Layer tomato atop the onion; cover with cheese.

7. Put the frying pan in a 190 oC (370 oF)  preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
