Fried flounder with mushrooms

For this recipe you will need:
2 flounders
2 onions
10 fresh button mushrooms
1/3 cup wheat flour
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. margarine
1/3 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
4 tomatoes
6 potatoes
Salt to taste
2 lemons, sliced

Preparation:

1. Gut the flounders, wash thoroughly under cold running water, dry with a napkin and cut into large pieces.


2. Peel and wash the onions, cut into thin half rings.


3. Rub the flounder pieces with salt and ground black pepper, roll them in sifted wheat flour and fry on both sides in hot vegetable oil until a brown crust forms.


4. Fry the onion in the same oil.


5. Clean the fresh mushrooms, wash under cold running water, cut finely and fry on all sides in margarine.


6. Wash and slice tomatoes; fry on both sides.

7. Mix the fried onion and mushrooms, add melted butter and stir again.

8. Boil the potatoes.


9. Arrange the flounder pieces on a warm dish. Place the mushrooms and fried tomatoes atop. Add the boiled potato.


10. Serve hot with lemon slices.
