Fried Whole Turbot Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
fresh small turbot
|
wheat flour for breading
|
potato fries
|
pickled beets cut into thin strips
|
fresh carrot cut into thin strips
|
parsley
|
green onions
|
Preparation:
1. Cut off the turbot's head; gut the fish, wash under running water, and dry with a napkin.
2. Mix the flour and salt, and pour onto a flat surface. Roll the turbot in the flour.
3. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the turbot over high heat for 1 minute on each side.
4. Reduce the heat to low and continue frying the turbot until cooked (about 12 minutes on each side).
5. Serve with a complex garnish of potato fries , green onion, parsley, pickled beets, shredded fresh carrot, and garlic butter.
