Grilled Sheatfish Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
1 sheatfish (3 kg)
1 lemon
300 g mayonnaise
salt and ground black pepper to taste

1. Cut the head and the tail off the sheatfish, gut, and cut into steaks 1.5 cm thick.

2. Wash the fish steaks under running water, then dry.


3. Squeeze the lemon onto the fish; add the mayonnaise, pepper, and salt.

Mix and leave for 30 minutes.


4. Grease the grill rack with vegetable oil. Grill the steaks over coals for 10-15 minutes on each side until a brown crust forms.
