Halibut Steaks with Bell Pepper Sauce

For this recipe you will need:
Flour for breading
Salt to taste
French fries
French fries
Bell pepper sauce*
Radishes, sliced into spirals
Lemon, sliced
Lemon, sliced
Multicolored bell peppers


1. Gut the halibut, cut off the head, and wash under running water.

2. Cut the halibut into thin steaks.

3. Mix the flour and salt, and pour onto a flat surface; roll the halibut steaks in the flour.

4. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil, and fry the steaks over low heat for 10 minutes on both sides.

5. Serve hot on lettuce leaves with bell pepper sauce.

6. Garnish with french fries, radishes, bell pepper strips, lemon slices, olives, and parsley.
