Oven-Baked Mackerel Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
2 mackerels
2 tomatoes, cut into slices
1 carrot, coarsely grated
a bunch of dill, minced
a bunch of parsley, chopped
salt and ground black pepper
100 g cheese, grated

1. Wash the mackerels under running water, then dry with a paper towel.

2. Make two deep cuts along the spine from the head to the tail.

Remove the spine together with the dorsal fins.

Remove the entrails.

3. Wash the insides of the mackerels under running water.

4. Sprinkle salt and pepper inside the mackerels.

5. Stuff the mackerels with the tomato slices, carrots, and greens.

6. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a 220ºC preheated oven for 30 minutes.

7. Serve garnished with fresh vegetables.
