Pangasius baked in Puff Pastry Parcels

For this recipe you will need:
2 pangasius fillets
|
1 puff pastry sheet
|
2 onions
|
1 egg yolk
|
1 tbsp. flour
|
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
|
Butter to grease baking tray
|

Preparation:
1. Defrost the pastry and the pangasius fillet.
2. Peel and fry the onion, then add finely cut pangasius fillet, salt, and pepper, and fry until cooked.
3. Place the pastry sheet on a floured surface, and cut into 4 - 6 squares.
4. Put the fish stuffing in the center of each square.
5. Wet the squares' edges with water, wrap the corners to the center and pinch them to form parcels.
6. Place the parcels on a greased baking tray and spread yolk over them.
7. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
8. Serve hot.
