Pink salmon baked with potatoes

6 pink salmon fillets
|
10 potatoes, peeled and sliced
|
3 onions, peeled and sliced
|
3 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
|
½ cup mayonnaise
|
250 g hard cheese, grated
|
1 bunch dill
|
2 tsp dried seasoning for fish (basil, rosemary, sea salt, ground black pepper, ground dried sage, thyme leaves, oregano leaves)

Preparation
1. Rinse the pink salmon fillets, dab dry, and then sprinkle with seasonings.

2. Make a foil mold with low edges roughly the same size as the pink salmon fillet.
3. Place the layers of potatoes, onions and tomatoe slices on the foil.

4. Place pink salmon fillets skin-side up in a foil molds.

5. Spread pink salmon skin with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.

6. Fill the available area on the baking sheet with remaining potatoes sprinkled with ground pepper.
7. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 °C (360 °F).

8. Serve sliced.
