Bonito Carpaccio Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
Bonito
|
Rye bread toast
|
Red onion
|
Lemon
|
Greens
|
Sauce: olive oil, ground black pepper, salt, sugar, balsamic vinegar.
|
Preparation:
1. Remove the skin from the frozen bonito.
2. Cut thin slices from the loin of the fish.
3. Flavor the fish with the sauce; add red onion rings and chopped greens.
4. Serve with rye toast and a lemon slice when the bonito slices are not yet completely defrosted.
