Trout Rolls with Cream Cheese Recipe

For this recipe you will need:
Slightly salted trout fillets 9 - 10 cm in width
|
Cream Cheese
|
Cucumber
|
Parsley
|
Dill
|

Preparation:
1. Spread the cream cheese over the trout fillet.
2. Roll the fillet lengthwise.
3. Cut the long roll into pieces 5 - 6 cm high
4. Cut cucumbers into slices.
5. Lay the cucumbers onto a dish.
Place the trout rolls on top of the cucumber slices.
Decorate with chopped greens.
