Chop the crabmeat sticks and pepper; lay on a dish.
Add the beans, chopped dill and crushed garlic.
Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix.


Birch Tree-shaped Salad Recipe

Layer salad ingredients in the following order, to look like a tree. Coat each layer with mayonnaise:
1st layer: Defrosted and shelled shrimp.
2nd layer: Grated egg yolks.
3rd layer: Chopped trout fillet.
4th layer: Grated cheese.
5th layer: Finely diced tomatoes
6th layer: Grated egg whites.
Garnish the salad by placing a lettuce leaf at the end of each “branch” to imitate foliage.
Cut olives into strips and lay them on the “trunk” to imitate birch bark.
Place mushrooms and dill sprigs at the base of the “tree”.


Octopus Salad Recipe

1.    Remove the head of the octopus, cut the tentacles into bite-sized pieces.
2.    Put the octopus into a pot, cover it  with water and simmer it until it becomes tender (about 50 min.).
3.    Drain the cooked octopus and leave it until it cools to room temperature.
4.    Chop the onions and parsley, tear lettuce, crush the garlic, slice ½ lemon.
5.    Combine olive oil with juice of the remaining lemon, add some dried oregano and salt and stir to make the dressing.
6.    Mix the octopus and vegetables; drizzle them with the dressing and toss the salad.
7.    Let the salad stand for half an hour to develop and enrich its flavor.


Crab Noodle Salad Recipe

1.    Cook the noodles and leave them to cool.
2.    Cook the shrimp, shell , and devein.
3.    Chop the shrimp, imitation crab meat, celery and onions into bite-size pieces and combine them with cooled noodles.
4.    Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and black pepper in a separate bowl.
5.    Add the dressing to the noodles, seafood and vegetables and toss .
6.    Put the salad into the fridge for two hours.
7.    Before serving, grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top of the salad.
